Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Reelloop's website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

The Services are operated by A.C.N. 694 510 248 PTY LTD, an Australian proprietary company limited by shares trading as Reelloop ("Reelloop", "we", "us", or "our").

If you use the Services for an organization, you agree to these Terms for that organization and represent that you have authority to bind it.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Services only with parent or guardian consent.

3. Accounts and Security

You may need an account to use the Services. You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated.

Reelloop currently supports email/password accounts and may also support Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity under your account.

Notify us promptly at legal@reelloop.video if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Service License

Subject to these Terms, Reelloop grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Services.

You must not:

  • Copy, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where legally permitted.
  • Bypass security controls or access restrictions.
  • Use bots/scrapers to extract data from the Services without written permission.
  • Use the Services to violate law or third-party rights.
  • Upload malware or harmful code.
  • Misrepresent identity, impersonate others, or submit unlawful/abusive content.

5. User Content

You may upload content through the Services ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content.

You grant Reelloop a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, and transmit User Content only as required to operate, secure, and improve the Services.

You are responsible for ensuring you have all rights needed for User Content and that your content does not violate law or third-party rights.

6. Content Moderation and Enforcement

We do not proactively monitor all User Content, but we may review, remove, disable access to content, or suspend accounts where we reasonably believe there is a violation of these Terms, legal requirements, or security obligations.

7. Reelloop Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, design, branding, and other materials provided by Reelloop, are owned by Reelloop or its licensors and protected by applicable law.

Except as expressly stated, these Terms do not grant you rights to Reelloop trademarks, logos, or other brand assets.

8. Third-Party Services and Materials

The Services may include or rely on third-party services. Reelloop currently uses:

  • Mux for video transcoding, hosting, streaming, and delivery
  • Polar for subscriptions, billing, checkout, and payment processing
  • Google Sign-In, if you choose to authenticate with Google

Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies, including:

Reelloop is not responsible for third-party services or content beyond our obligations under applicable law.

9. Monitoring, Product Improvement, and Beta Features

We may use operational monitoring needed to maintain service reliability, security, and product quality, as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may also offer beta/preview features that may be changed or discontinued at any time and may be less reliable than general availability features.

10. Fees

Some parts of the Services may be offered on a free basis, while others may require a paid subscription or paid plan.

If you purchase a paid plan:

  • pricing, billing cadence, and plan details will be presented before you are charged;
  • payments and subscription administration may be handled by Polar; and
  • you authorize charges consistent with the plan you select until cancellation or expiration, subject to applicable law and any stated refund terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, legal risk, security concerns, or operational necessity.

Where reasonably possible, we may provide an opportunity to export your User Content before account closure.

12. Privacy

Use of the Services is also governed by the Privacy Policy: https://reelloop.video/privacy. Reelloop hosts service data in Europe (EEA), as described in the Privacy Policy. Uploaded video content may be processed and delivered through Mux, and paid subscriptions may be processed through Polar.

13. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of uninterrupted availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Reelloop is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

To the extent permitted by law, Reelloop's aggregate liability for claims arising out of or related to the Services is limited to the greater of:

  • amounts paid by you to Reelloop in the 12 months before the claim, or
  • AUD $100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Reelloop harmless from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the Services or your User Content, to the extent permitted by law.

16. Copyright and IP Complaints

If you believe content on the Services infringes your intellectual property rights, contact legal@reelloop.video with sufficient detail for review and action.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

Courts of New South Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to non-excludable consumer rights and mandatory local legal protections.

18. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice.

Continued use of the Services after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms.

19. General

If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining parts remain in effect.

Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent, except where law requires otherwise. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
