This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Reelloop collects, uses, and shares personal information of users of our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). This Policy applies to personal information collected through the Services and to personal information you provide directly to us.

Reelloop is designed to minimize personal data processing.

  • Google account information, if you choose Google Sign-In, such as your Google account identifier and profile image
  • Uploaded video files and related metadata
  • Comments, timestamps, review activity, sharing settings, and other collaboration data
  • Billing and subscription information needed to manage paid plans, such as customer IDs, subscription status, invoices, and transaction records
  • Limited technical logs for security and reliability, such as timestamp, IP address, and basic request metadata

We do not use your data for advertising profiling, and we do not use third-party advertising or analytics providers.

We receive personal data:

  • Directly from you when you create an account, upload content, purchase a paid plan, or use the Services
  • From Google when you choose Google Sign-In
  • From Mux in connection with video processing, playback, and delivery
  • From Polar in connection with subscriptions, billing, checkout, and payment events

If you choose Google Sign-In, Google acts as an independent provider/controller for its own services under Google's terms and privacy policy:

For EU/EEA/UK users, we rely on:

  1. Contract (Art. 6(1)(b)): provide login, account access, and core service functionality.
  2. Contract (Art. 6(1)(b)): host, process, review, and deliver uploaded video content.
  3. Contract (Art. 6(1)(b)): process billing, subscriptions, and payments for paid services.
  4. Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): comply with applicable law.
  5. Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): service security, abuse prevention, operational logging, and service reliability.

  • With Mux, our video infrastructure provider, to transcode, host, stream, and deliver video content you upload.
  • With Polar, our billing and payment provider, to process subscriptions, checkout, payments, and related billing operations.

Reelloop stores and hosts service data in Europe (EEA).

If a transfer outside the EEA is ever required (for example, specific vendor subprocessors or legal obligations), we apply GDPR Chapter V safeguards where required.

This may include transfers related to providers such as Mux and Polar where needed to provide video processing, delivery, billing, or payment services.
